By registering for our tuition coaching program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is required to secure your spot in the program.

2. Lesson Types:

   – Individual Lessons

   – Group Lessons

3. Individual Lessons Information:

   – If a student cancels any lesson within 24 hours before the scheduled time, they will be required to pay the full amount for that lesson.

   – A written message or email must be provided at least 24 hours in advance to cancel the lesson.

4. Group Lessons Information:

   – I understand and agree to the group lessons policy.

     Leave Policy for Group Lessons:

   – If a student takes leave for a maximum of one month, they are required to pay half the fees for that period.

   – If a student takes leave for more than one month, after the first month, they will be required to pay the full fees for the remaining period unless their spot will be given to another student.

    Termination Notice for Group Lessons:

   – If a student decides to discontinue tuition, parents/guardians must provide at least one month’s notice in advance.

   – Failure to provide the one-month notice will result in the student being bound to pay the full fees for the next month.

5. To complete the registration process for the upcoming school year, please download the registration form, fill it out, and send it along with the $50 registration fee via e-transfer to brainflaretutoring@gmail.com.

7. As per the policy, all fees are to be paid in advance during the first week of every month.

8. Late Payment Consequences:

Please note that failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe may result in a late payment fee
